Parent Company Services
Oxbury provides the mainstream services expected of a firm of Project Managers and Chartered Quantity Surveyors. Additionally, specific affordable housing related services are undertaken, including:
- Advice on any necessary compliance standards (National Space Standards, etc)
- Preparation of design and construction briefs
- Acting as Client Representative/Interim Project Manager
- Pipeline scheme and programme management
- Preparation of cost estimates for grant application purposes
