Two services for the price of one!

In addition to our Housing Developers services, the package also provides for the follow-on Employers Agent role for the Housing Association, to be fulfilled by our parent company Oxbury & Company Limited.

The total fee for these services is no more than the usual Employers Agent fee a Housing Association would pay. There are no 'introduction fees' or other hidden fees to be paid by a Housing Association acquiring an Affordable Housing scheme. So the Developer receives the maximum price payable by the Housing Association.
